Ladder Hiit Challenge
The weather has been beautiful today. Foundation gym have pulled out all the stops to keep their customers motivated. Fellow member, Ian Langston set a great challenge today it was tough!.
Ladder HiiTs. Only equipment needed is a mat.
There is NO rest until you have been up and down the ladder!
10 Press ups
20 tummy crunches
30 squats ( weight optional)
40 forward lunges. 20 per leg( weights optional)
50 jumping jacks
60 sec plank (rest period lol)
50 jumping jacks
40 backward lunges 20 per leg ( weights optional)
30 two jump squats
20 leg raises
10 press ups
That’s up and down the ladder! The challenge is to go up and down the ladder 3 times!
