Q: Are my details safe?
My software uses industry standard procedures to ensure that Data is kept secure and confidential.
Q: Why am I asked for a deposit?
A deposit is required to secure the appointment and reduce wasted appointments. The deposit is used for part-payment of the appointment.
Q: Can I pay in full when booking?
Yes, you are welcome to pay in full. If your booking is below £25, I would be very grateful if you would pay in full to reduce card transaction fees.
Q: What if I need to move my appointment?
If you need to change your appointment date or time, there is a “manage this reservation” button on your reservation confirmation email. You can reschedule your appointment (subject to availability) up to 48 hours before, the maximum notice is always appreciated.
