From A3095 (Rackstraw Road/ Forresters Way, Sandhurst) turn into Owlsmoor Road. At the roundabout turn into Fakenham Way, then immediately left is Darleydale Close. No 4 is the 4th on the left round the corner of the close.  Client parking is available in the spaces on the left side of the drive.


I pride myself on maintaining an excellent working relationship with my clients. In order to help both parties I have the following policies:

Booking policy

Treatments are booked on-line at Part-payment will be required to secure the booking and treatments will be paid for , either before or at the time of the treatment.   Additionally  full payment may be required to confirm bookings during peak periods, especially in December. These will usually be paid on line or by BACS transfer. If your booking is below £25, full payment on booking would be appreciated, to reduce card handling costs.

Managing your booking and Cancellations

48 hours notice of cancellation is required to give time for the appointment to be offered to another client. You can click "manage reservation" on your confirmation email to reschedule your booking prior to 48 hours. Please give maximum notice. 

Where a part-payment/deposit has been paid, if less than 48 hours notice is given the payment may be retained as a cancellation fee.  In the case of illness, please contact me at the first opportunity, I will use discretion  and endeavour to reschedule your appointment.

The cost of the booked treatment will become payable for appointments that are missed without any notice. For persistent missed appointments, I reserve the right to require full payment in advance.  


Please arrive punctually. Occasionally you will need to wait in your vehicle, as I may be unable to answer the door immediately if I am with a client, please be patient and I will attend to you at the earliest opportunity.   Initial appointments will include a consultation (you will usually be sent a health form electronically in advance of your appointment).  Your appointment time includes client preparation and aftercare. If you are running late, please let me know asap.  When you arrive, I will be flexible and carry out as much of the booked treatment as the remaining time allows.


Refunds will be offerred where products are faulty. In any other circumstances I will endeavour to reach a satisfactory agreement in the form a credit against treatments or alternative products.   This does not affect your statutory rights.

Courses of treatments

 Courses are valid for six months from the date of purchase.  Courses are non-refundable. 

Gift Vouchers

When purchasing a gift voucher, please ensure that you have selected the correct recipient ( you may want to choose to email the voucher yourself to avoid spoiling a surprise.)  Please note that unless you select to email to yourself the recipient will receive an email to tell them they have a voucher.  Please select the correct option to avoid spoiling your surprise.

Data Protection and Privacy Policy 

My software uses industry standard encrypted data security.  In order to comply with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)  your email details will be stored by Liz Guthrie Beauty and no 3rd party.  By agreeing to business terms you are confirming that you are happy to have your details stored by Liz Guthrie Beauty.

In the unlikely event of you being dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment, please let me know at the time or within 24 hours of the treatment. Please either: call or text me on 07545 620650 , complete the form below or email I value your feedback and  will work with you to rectify the issue.

Special offers and discounts

I will run special offers throughout the year, these will usually be advertised on my Facebook page Liz Guthrie Beauty and Holistic Therapies. One special offer or discount can be used at a time, I am unable to double discount on any treatment.

Occasionally I will select a client to offer an introduce a friend card to.  The card entitles an introduced new client to receive a 20% discount on a treatment with in a specified time. The new client must bring the  'refer a friend' card with them and mention it at the time of booking. The introductory card will have the name of the existing client on it. The existing client will also be entitled to a 20% discount on a treatment, up to the value of the new client's spend. This discount will be valid for use within a one month of the new client's appointment.  From time to time restrictions will apply and December will be excluded.
